Aaron Chatenka, Esq., of the Florida Personal Injury Law Team, believes that accident victims should never have to fend for themselves when seeking the compensation they need. Aaron is dedicated to consistently going above and beyond for his clients in an effort to attain the justice they deserve.

Aaron has over a decade of experience representing accident victims throughout the state of Florida, and he is prepared to put this experience to work for each and every client that walks through our doors. Aaron has a strong track record of effectively representing those injured in auto accidents, slip and falls, and those harmed by acts of medical malpractice. He also has experience pursuing product liability and wrongful death claims on behalf of his clients.

Though often, Aaron receives favorable settlements for his clients outside of the courtroom setting, he is also prepared to take cases to trial and fight for the full compensation to which his clients are entitled. Over the years, Aaron has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients, and he is prepared to do the same for you.

Aaron is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and Port St. Lucie Bar Association. He was formerly a member of the Martin County Bar Association, St. Lucie County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Justice Association, and Florida Justice Association.

Aaron hails from Two Rivers, Wisconsin, and he was brought up honoring and respecting small-town values, such as treating everyone with the kindness and dignity they deserve. Aaron uses these values daily in his approach to speaking and working with his clients.

Aaron received his undergraduate degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and from there, received his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan. Aaron’s efforts were widely recognized during his time in law school, as he received Certificates of Merit in Law Office Management, Medical Malpractice, Criminal Procedure, and Advanced Writing. He also held office as President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. Aaron is a five-time Dean’s List recipient and a member of Thomas M. Cooley’s National Negotiation Team.

After pursuing his law degree, Aaron settled in Florida, fighting for Floridians in a wide array of criminal and civil matters. Aaron has established himself as a strong and trusted resource along the Treasure Coast and throughout Florida, with the understanding that a strong legal team is a key to success.

Aaron currently resides in Stuart, Florida, with his wife Kara and their daughter Claira. Aaron and Kara also have a second baby on the way and are extremely pleased to grow their family and give back to the community they love.
